Valuing Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace

There is a lot of talk about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. When employees of different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities, and perspectives come together, everyone takes a slightly different professional approach. It In this activity, we will discuss the value of inclusion and the benefits diversity brings to our organization through the lens of Real Colors.

Prior participation in a Real Colors Foundational Workshop is required. If you don’t know your Real Colors, start here, and then come back to keep learning.
