Difficult Participants
We’ve all been there. We’ve all facilitated sessions where the participants are not as cooperative as you anticipated. Perhaps you’ve had a Monopolizer, an Interrupter, a Distractor, or run up against the Non-participant.
These and many other behaviors are not that common, but they do occur.
Please join us on July 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM (PT) where we will talk about strategies we can deploy to “tame” these difficult participants.
Participation is free, but is limited to Real Colors Certified Facilitators only. Space is limited to the first 50 participants.
