As a Real Colors Certified Facilitator, you can learn exciting techniques that help unite people in a common goal. You will gain powerful skills that will equip you to conduct Real Colors workshops that help your participants to communicate more effectively with others and discover ways to improve both professional and personal relationships.

In-person Facilitator Certification Trainings are 3-days, for 8 hours a day. But, best practice for virtual training does not look the same. In this virtual certification training, you will meet the same learning outcomes and receive the same certification; the timeline will just look different to better meet your learning needs. The virtual Facilitator Certification Training is spread over 4 days, with a one hour “meet and greet” the day before the training begins. Certification Includes: 1-year Keep Real Colors Alive Certified Facilitator Subscription, a choice of 15 Real Colors Virtual Instrument Access Codes, 20 Real Colors Adult Personality Instruments, or 30 Real Colors Youth Personality Instruments, a copy of The Real Colors Homeowner’s Guide, as well as the Real Colors Facilitator Certification Handbook.
The Real Colors Virtual Facilitator Certification Training will be conducted via our secure Zoom platform. You will receive your instrument and ZOOM login information no later than June 7, 2021.
