Real Colors: Real Customer Service

This three-hour workshop will concentrate on actionable strategies for applying Real Colors insights in customer service settings. Participants will discover how to adapt their communication styles to align with each Primary Color, resulting in more effective and satisfying customer interactions. Through role-playing exercises and group discussions, participants will gain the tools to build stronger connections, navigate conflicts smoothly, and deliver outstanding service.

Prior participation in a Real Colors Foundational Workshop is required. If you don’t know your Real Colors, start here, and then come back to keep learning.

Certificate of Completion: Contact us and we can provide a certification of completion for this workshop.
