This special in-person event is curated to be THE next step for facilitators who want to take their understanding and practice from good to great. Join us for Colorful Connections, a one-day in-person in-depth immersion into Real Colors®. Connect with Certified Facilitators, deepen your understanding of Real Colors, and most importantly, have fun while doing it!
We’ll start the day with a fun and interactive activity to refresh our color knowledge and get into a learning mindset. Then, we’ll be hearing about Personality vs. Temperament from Maricopa County’s Aimee Rhoads.
Next, we’ll learn how to develop more depth in Brightening questions, so you’re better prepared for your next Foundational workshop. Then, right before lunch, we’ll dive deep together into the Advanced Modules and Keep Real Colors Alive®, two powerful tools you’re already certified to facilitate.
After lunch, you will choose two of four breakout sessions:
- Applying Real Colors® professionally as a supervisor or manager
- Applying Real Colors® professionally as an individual contributor
- Using Real Colors® to align to organizational mission/vision and organizational objectives
- Using Real Colors® to fulfill your purpose
At the close of the day, you’ll have everything you need to take your facilitation to the next level and keep growing and using Real Colors® in your organization.
