Real Colors is an insightful, eye opening tool that I have used with varied groups.  It is simple to use and simple for participants to understand, teaching them the most important human relationship skill of all – how to interact with others.

Real Colors has been a valuable team building and communication resource for Cooperative Extension.  I have successfully used it with Extension faculty, staff and partners in many states. It’s fun, informative and memorable. Participants love the experience.

Real Colors has consistently been the most amazing training we have done in the past 25 years. Real Colors is a tool that helped me better understand my self and others. It opened my mind to the understanding that what is motivating to me, may not be what is motivating others. Knowing somebody's color helps me determine their motivations and a motivated person is very likely to open up and be influenced, especially when it's in their best interest.

I have facilitated Real Colors to over 200 individuals, ranging from hourly to executive level. For me, the most rewarding part is watching everyone have an "ah-ha" moment, and embrace it. Real Colors truly helps people understand each other's differences and fosters a team atmosphere.
