Understanding and Overcoming Color Bashing

Reducing colors to harmful stereotypes, or Color Bashing, can damage the deep connections Real Colors seeks to build. Even with the best of intentions, without the right skills and tools, Color Bashing can creep in unchecked. As a certified facilitator, it’s your responsibility to ensure Real Colors is used positively within your organization.

This 60-minute Roundtable Discussion will explore the concept of Color Bashing and how it can hinder authentic connections by reducing individuals to stereotypes. Walk away from this event understanding the strengths of each personality type, which is critical to fostering respect and avoiding bias. Whether in the workplace, at home, or in social interactions, you’ll better understand how to steer conversations away from Color Bashing, and transform potentially harmful conversations into positive, productive ones.

Join us on Wednesday, October 16th from 10:00 AM (PT) to 11:00 AM (PT) as we explore how to recognize and avoid Color Bashing.

Don’t let Color Bashing undo your hard work as a facilitator. Guard against it with advice from experienced facilitators at our FREE October Roundtable Discussion.
