Connect with Other Certified Facilitators

Please join us on November 9th for a slightly different spin on our traditional Real Colors Roundtable Discussion. We are going to do an activity together and then debrief how you could use this with your teams! “Are You Listening?” is on the agenda, and it is a 15 Minute Activity from the Keep Real Colors Alive content for Team Leaders. It’s one we really like, and we hope you do as well!

Continuing conversations that reinforce the initial learning outcomes from the Real Colors Foundational Workshop is important, and this is why we created Keep Real Colors Alive! Starting a meeting with a quick Real Colors focused activity is an excellent way to review concepts from the initial workshop in a fun, interactive way. The “Are You Listening?” 15 Minute Activity aims to bolster active listening skills, because active listening is becoming a lost art in our fast-paced, technology-driven world. With a few simple steps and a little practice, we can ensure that we are, in fact, listening and that the speaker feels heard.

As a certified Real Colors Facilitator, you understand the power of Real Colors and the impact it can have on communication, interactions, and relationships. Did you know team leaders within your organization can continue the conversation using Keep Real Colors Alive activities without being certified? The Keep Real Colors Alive for Team Leaders content is designed to empower your key leaders and to keep the conversations going at the team level. Come and experience one of these activities and see why teams are finding this content an important part of their meeting rhythms.

Participation is free, but is limited to Real Colors Certified Facilitators only. Space is limited to the first 50 participants.
