Real Colors Roundtable: Belonging Across the Spectrum

Belonging is more than being present together in a room—it’s the experience of feeling valued, accepted, and connected.

In this Real Colors Roundtable, we’ll explore:

  • How each temperament uniquely defines belonging
  • What causes disconnection
  • What facilitators can do to ensure all voices are heard.

Through reflection, sharing, and discussion, we’ll uncover how to create spaces where every participant feels like they genuinely matter.

This conversation is about moving beyond inclusion to cultivating authentic belonging—where each Primary Color’s gifts contribute to a stronger, more connected group.

Belonging doesn’t happen by accident—it’s designed through our choices as facilitators. Join this Roundtable to share insights, learn new strategies, and leave with a clear plan for weaving belonging into every Real Colors workshop you lead.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this 60-minute session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe what belonging looks like for each Primary Color.
  • Recognize common ā€œtriggersā€ that cause each Color to withdraw.
  • Identify one concrete step you will use to foster belonging in their next workshop.

Seats are limited to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. Register today to secure your spot.
