Real Colors Facilitation – An Overview
What we are learning is that many previously certified Real Colors facilitators are re-emerging and re-energized to once again facilitate Real Colors sessions. They never forgot about Real Colors but their career moves or life responsibilities prevented them from delivering Real Colors. Now recently they’ve changed jobs or retired or life responsibilities have changed and they now find they are once again free to venture back to facilitating Real Colors. Does this sound like you?
If so, please join our Real Colors Roundtable discussion on Wednesday, March 15th at 10am Pacific as we provide an overview of the successful facilitation of a Real Colors session. Bring your Real Colors Certification Handbook as we will use it as our guide as we share tips and tricks and remind you of the most important elements to create impactful Real Colors sessions for your participants.
