The Real Colors Certification Training is interactive and FUN! You will work through Real Colors content with other participants to gain a solid understanding of the depth and breadth of each of the four Real Colors. You will learn more than information – you will learn to facilitate Real Colors content so you can help others discover their Real Colors.
At the close of the Certification Training, you will be equipped to facilitate not only the Real Colors Foundational Workshop, but also the Real Colors Advanced Modules and Keep Real Colors Alive activities. We don’t ask you to come back for more training to do our advanced content! Our subject matter experts train you well and we provide quality curriculum that is easy to facilitate. Plus, you have access to a dedicated support team before, during, and after certification training, ensuring you have all the skills and resources you need to succeed!
Additionally, there are no annual fees or annual recertification requirements.
