Join us for Colorful Connections, a one-day in-person in-depth immersion into Real Colors. Connect with Certified Facilitators, deepen your understanding of Real Colors, and most importantly, have fun while doing it!
We’ll start the day with a fun and interactive activity to refresh our color knowledge and get into a learning mindset. Then, we’ll have an exciting keynote from our host, MD Anderson. Next, we’ll learn how to develop more depth in Brightening questions so you’re better prepared for your next Foundational workshop.
Then, you will choose two of six breakout sessions:
- Coaching with Real Colors
- Strategies to Keep Real Colors Alive (not just using KRCA content)
- Empowering Others as Leaders
- Facilitating for Groups that Are Not the “Ideal” Size
- Emotional Intelligence and Real Colors
- Real Colors: Practical Applications
At the close of the day, you’ll have everything you need to take your facilitation to the next level and keep growing and using Real Colors® in your organization.
